What we do
We buy directly from a single certified organic processor in Sri Lanka rather than through a broker, and import to Canada under our own account. That structure means every shipment traces to an identified batch, with its own certificate of analysis and organic documentation, instead of being pooled and resold anonymously.
Our current range is true cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) in stick and ground form, and hand-picked whole cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), packed at origin in retail pouches to Canadian bilingual labelling requirements.
