We source from a certified organic processor in Sri Lanka, with batch documentation supplied for our shipments. The spices are packed at origin and imported to Canada by Ceylon Valley Inc.

For cinnamon, we choose Cinnamomum verum, the species known as true Ceylon cinnamon. For cloves, we choose whole buds for their distinctive aroma and flavour.
