Our story starts with the spices of Sri Lanka: true Ceylon cinnamon, rolled in fine layers, and the warm, aromatic buds of the clove tree.
These are ingredients with a character all their own. Cinnamon brings a delicate sweetness to a cup of tea. Cloves lend depth to a slow simmering pot. Small things that can change an entire moment.
Wholesome North brings these spices to Canadian kitchens through Ceylon Valley Inc., our company in Ajax, Ontario.
