Tracked delivery across Canada

One shipping charge applies per order: $4.99 within Ontario and $9.99 elsewhere in Canada. Orders with $35 or more in products qualify for free tracked shipping. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to hand your parcel to Chit Chats within 1–2 days of payment. Tracking is included. Carrier delivery times vary by destination; remote locations and service disruptions can take longer.

Need to change an order?

Contact info@ceylonvalley.ca as soon as possible with your order reference. We will check whether your parcel has already been handed to the carrier before confirming a change or cancellation.

A problem with your parcel?

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or otherwise has a problem, email info@ceylonvalley.ca with your order reference and details. Please keep the packaging and include photos when useful so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Contact us before sending anything back. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
